The mur des Canuts
Boulevard des Canuts, 69004 Lyon

The “Weavers’ Wall” is a huge trompe-l’oeil fresco (1200 m2) created in 1987, which pays tribute to the silk workers. This is the largest painted wall in Europe. The mural gathers images and scenes from daily life, updated every 10 years to reflect changes in the neighborhood.
